Chef Oji Jaja
Chef Oji Jaja is an accomplished Culinary Artist with over 22 years experience in the culinary industry and restaurant consultation. He trained at the Runaway Bay HEART Academy and furthered his training at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Florida USA. Chef Jaja stood as a consultant for Usain Bolt’s Tracks and Records in Kingston, Montego Bay and London. He also served as resident Chef for Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes while in Jamaica.
To date he has curated culinary experiences for several heads of States and local and international celebrities to include former First Lady of the United States of America Michelle Obama on her visit to Eatonville Restaurant in Washington DC. Chef Oji Jaja has been nominated for several awards by the Jamaica Observer for Caterer of the Year, Chef of the Year, and received an award for Culinary innovator of the Year in honour of ‘Jamaica 50’. To date he is the owner and operator of Jaja Culinary Services, trading as Ashebre, in demand caterer for destination weddings and special events.
