Charmaine Gravesandy is the CEO of Sagient Management Systems and Director and Co-Founder of the Caribbean Development Foresight Institute since 2013. She have over
15 years experience in in Caribbean Regional Development. She is instrumental
in the development, coordination and implementation of projects and events, particularly as it relates to Caribbean Diaspora. For the past five years, she has been the coordinator for the annual Invest Caribbean Agri-business forum in Washington, DC.
Ms. Gravesandy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a specialization in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting major, from Belmont University, Nashville, Tennessee.

Partnering with local and federal government, small and disadvantage Businesses, National and International Organizations like ‘UNESCO’ The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. Noah-Harmony holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of the District of Columbia. Currently, she is student at the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music a music industry essentials program at NYU-TISCH.
